# PHP 7 Support / Plugin won’t work

 * Working on a new staging site and cannot get the plugin to work at all.
 * php7test.wpengine.com
 * I have tried embedding the shortcode (ignored)
    Turned off all other plugins (
   no fix) Updated all plugins including this one (no fix)
 * I can provide login but not via forum.

 * Have you been through these forums and checked the common things, for example
   do you have the wp_head() and wp_footer() calls in your header.php and footer.
   php files and ensured that the Use Shortcode option is turned off?
