    Is it fully compatible with PHP 7.3? We are experiencing the problems
   with the download links, getting “Sorry but your download link has expired.” 
   even if it’s still active in wp dashboard.

 * I think Easy Digital Downloads will work with PHP 7.3. There will no issue in
   that.
 * As per your error “Sorry but your download link has expired.” It indicates that
   you are clicking the link from an Email. Am I right?
 * The email links will expire after some time due to security reason.
 * You can manage expiration time from Plugin Settings > Misc > File Downloads

   of those settings 😉 I guess the issue that for some reasons “resend receipt”
   does not reset the link expiration data. The customers get emails but the links
   are still expired.
