 * I’m using the excellent Photoxhibit plugin on my website and it is every easy
   to use.
 * I’m using Mac Snow Leopard, WordPress 2.9 and Photoxhibit 2.1.6. I usually develop
   using Firefox and my site works fine with Photoxhibit. However, I can’t get the
   galleries to work correctly with Google Chrome or Safari:
 * On my Blog and About pages I use Thickbox to display single Flickr images from
   a Gallery. This works in all browsers.
 * On my Photography page I use jqGalViewII to display a gallery when a Thickbox
   gallery image is clicked. This works fine in Firefox but in Chrome and Safari
   the first time I click an image I get a long list of images (Thickbox); only
   on a second click does jqGalViewII kick in.
 * If I add
 *  <script type=’text/javascript’ src=”[http://www.myserver.com/wp2/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js”></script&gt](http://www.myserver.com/wp2/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js”></script&gt);
 * to my header, jqGalViewII works fine in all browsers, but Thickbox on my Blog
   and Photography pages does not work in any browser; I get the Thickbox background
   overlay but no image.
 * (wp_enqueue_script() does not work. I also tried variations of scripts and wp_enqueue_script()
   pointing to jquery and thickbox in the photoxhibit plugin directory, but no luck.
   I also tried, unsuccessfully, putting the following lines in my functions.php:
 * wp_deregister_script( ‘jquery’ );
    wp_register_script( ‘jquery’, ‘[http://www.myserver.com/wp2/wp-content/plugins/photoxhibit/common/js/jquery.js&#8217](http://www.myserver.com/wp2/wp-content/plugins/photoxhibit/common/js/jquery.js&#8217););
 * FYI: I have made a small change in px.php to get jqGalViewII to load from a thickbox
   galley image. When building a gallery there is a choice of ‘Div structure’: ‘
   Image over associated text’ or ‘no text’. This associates to gallery_structure
   == ‘3’ or ‘4’ in px.php. For Thickbox galleries I use ‘image over associated
   text’- (3), for jqGalViewII ‘no text’ – (4).
 * In structure ‘4’ for jqGalViewII, instead of loading the photo_url, I call a
   php script, jqGalViewII-loader.php, passing the gallery $title as a Get parameter.
   jqGalViewII-loader.php takes $title and uses mySQL to retrieve the gallery ID
   from the db. I then use the ID to construct a call to the jqGalViewII gallery,
   <?php photoxhibit($ID); ?>, which is returned to px.php.
 * All this works fine in Firefox, but I would really appreciate it if anybody has
   any ideas as to how to get this to work in other browsers. I suspect that I have
   to set up my header.php correctly. It’s somewhat of a clincher for my site!
 * Thanks in advance,

 * p.s. I have found that Safari console shows the following error:
    TypeError:
   Result of expression ‘$(“#px29”).jqGalViewII’ [undefined] is not a function.
 * Chrome console shows:
    Uncaught TypeError: Object #<an Object> has no method ‘
   jqGalViewII’
