Photo/Text Alignment Off and No Spaces With Commas

When inserting photos into the blog entry, I can’t get the photos and text to align properly. Example: http://dangerouscupcakedesigns.com/?p=24

The text should be both between and under the photos, not next to it. I wanted all the photos left-aligned, and the text left-aligned as well.

I also have no breaks between commas, as in when I say “red, white, and blue” I end up with “red,white,and blue” unless I put in extra spaces, but then the spaces are too big. Any ideas?
