• My posts are not that complicated, a few links and a few photos. A recent post at http://maternal-dementia.com works absolutely fine on Firefox, but on Safari it won’t “read” the alignleft command, so one of the photographs insists upon aligning right and leaves a bit white space. Not a crisis here, but it does look sloppy.

    What usually happens:
When checking in Firefox I choose the line of text I want to interrupt and place the photograph. Then I often have to insert a “
” to get the line of text to break the same way on Safari. But the photograph aligns as coded. In this particular post, I’ve tried everything and even though it says alignleft, the photo stays right.

    Any ideas?

Thanks as always – to this community, which is an extremely responsive one…

repair of the break above: The photo insertion works as desired on Firefox, but in order to get the same look on Safari I usually have to break the line using the ‘br’ but ultimately it works. This time it doesn’t. Thanks for anyone who has an idea. Probably something very simple I just don’t know about.
