I’m noticing that many posts have no image. I click the image or product and the image is there. I checked the image size and they are under 64 kB.

I just resized about ten photos. A couple show up but many still don’t. They are small and clear and online. I’m about to tear my hair out!

Hi! If you could tell us what theme you are using that would help us diagnose the issue.

    Thanks

I’m using the four column display. My theme is Secretum for the main website. I can give you the url in private rather than posting it in public.

I’ve redone so many images and all are under 64 kB. Some are just 21 kB

My site is still showing the no-image icon for many photos that are there.

Hi I can’t find a private message link. I responded to your message via email and wondered why you didn’t answer!

Thank you I see no option to open a support ticket. Is that link and your email on another website?
