# Photos access

 * I can’t use photos uploaded in site with a new account even is Editor, Author,
   Or Administrator. I can’t see images uploaded by another user, only images uploaded
   by me. It is a new restrictions? Since now an editor can write a post with a 
   photography uploaded by me in the past. Now editor sees only images that were
   uploaded it.
    Is there a way to fix this?

 * Does this happen if you deactivate all your plugins? Have you tried clearing 
   your browser’s cache? Does it happen if you use a bundled theme like Twenty Fourteen/
   Fifteen?

 * I try to clear browser cache. I didn’t try to deactivate plugins because I work
   with since 4 years but I will try this too
