    I have noticed that sometime between my posts in June 2017 and August 2017 that my photos cannot be clicked on by a viewer to enlarge them. Prior to this time frame a viewer could hover over the photo and click on it to see a larger version of the photo. This is no longer the case now after that time frame. i haven’t changed anything specifically other than doing the occasional update for Word Press. Any help with this subject would be appreciated, i am somewhat of a novice.

    Could you post an example of what you mean? If I view June 2017 Posts I am able to click the images on both the archive and the single post and they bring up larger images as expected.

    Sure, June works its after that date that doesn’t. Here is an August post that doesn’t work: August 2017

    @michaelfoss Here’s what I think may have happened. Whenever you insert images, the Media Window on the right side are some media options after you’ve selected your image. One of these options is “Link To:”. I think that it may have been changed somehow to “Link To: None”. What you should have is “Link To: Media File”.

    You can go back to those posts and edit the media file on the post, clicking Advanced Settings” and link to media file.

    I wondered about that as I had found that topic. I do all my posting via the WordPress app on my iPhone and haven’t changed anything it’s still showing link to media! Is there a way to do the “link to media” via the iPhone? I don’t want to have to go into every post and adjust each individual photo. That would be a lot of work! Thanks for all the help, Michael

    Unfortunately, it sounds like the only way is to go back through the posts and relink them to the respective media file. It would be easiest to do this via desktop than mobile if possible.

    Is there a way to make it going forward link to media so when I post again it works? Like I said I do all my posting via the iPhone. Is there a setting that I can adjust so all future posts via iPhone get linked? Thanks again!
