• I have downloaded and installed Photopress and have spent hours making it work. I’m sure the problem is stunningly simple, but, well, apparently I’m even more simple.

    I followed the directions for setting up a “photos” folder in the wp-content directory. But regardless of what I set as the path to the photos folder, nothing works. I always get the following message:

    “It doesn’t look like you can use Photopress at this time because the directory you have specified (/wp-content/Photos) isn’t writable. Check the permissions on the directory and for typos in your configuration.”

    I have reset all the permissions to 777, and they still don’t work.

    File structure (web based) is http://www.lifevesting.com/blog/wp-content/Photos.
