    @jeherve

    Could you let me know your site URL, so I can have a look?

    If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

    It’s not one specific URL and it is sporadic. It’s across various client sites, so next the next time it happens, I’ll post the specific error message that displays when trying to access the image.

    Not resolved…

    Here’s the error message.

    We cannot complete this request, remote data was invalid.

    When Photon is deactivated, the images appear correctly. When Photon is activated, some clients get lots of broken images and “X’s.”

    As you can imagine, I can’t keep Photon activated on client’s sites with this happening…

    Could you post a link to one of the pages where this is happening, or send it to me via our contact form? I would need some examples to be able to investigate further.

    it might also be worth trying to deactivate any other image plugins, or CDN plugins you may be using on your site, to make sure there are no conflicts between Photon and one of your plugins.
    Photon will also fail to cache and serve images if the load time of the original images is too slow (Photon timeout is currently set to 10s).

    Thank you!

    I’ll search for a link, but this only started happening after the latest Jetpack update. We are not using any other CDN or image plugins.
