PhotoBlog Gallery does not load in desktop and mobile Chrome browser. It’s still just a loading. Fortunately, I did not buy it.

Perhaps, some plugin block access to this url:
http://www.YOUR_WEBSITE.com/?gmedia-app=1&gmappversion=4&gmmodule=1

Try check settings of security plugin if you have it.
Also try go to WordPress Settings -> Permalinks and click Update button.
