Photo uploaded, but not showing with author bio

    As you can see, I never got any answer from the plug-in authors, but I did eventually figure out how to make it work … for me, anyway. I seem to remember that it was a combination of a couple of things. I needed to make sure that I had selected the right default pic source for authors in my theme settings AND I needed to make sure that the photo I uploaded into the author or contributor settings page was the right size (if it is, it’ll auto-generate the thumbnail on the settings page and you’ll be able to set it to “approved”). If it’s set correctly, it’ll override any other social media icons pitched in by Gravatar (like Twitter or FB, if they’re linked to a user account) … which was another of my goals.

    BTW: Even if a user uploads a photo there, it will ONLY display if there is a bio completed … at least that’s how it’s working with my theme.
