    Hello,
Overall your plugin has been a wonderful addition to our website!
One feature we continue to have issues with however is the file upload, which unfortunately is a critical piece of our e-commerce site in that we create custom cartoons for customers based on the photos they upload.

When testing the site in BrowserStack.com on various devices, we’re getting an inconsistent mix of failed and successful uploads. We currently have the field set to accept up to 18mb photos, with extensions .png, .PNG, .jpg, .JPG, .jpeg, .JPEG, .pdf,.PDF allowed. I received upload error messages when testing on Windows / Microsoft Edge 86 and have sporadically hit errors on my iPhone Safari Browser. Both tests included images within the acceptable upload file size, and with the permitted extension types.

Multiple store orders include comments from customers also reporting issues with the upload. We’ve also had customers who were successfully able to upload a photo for their first product in the cart, but not for the second, even though the number of files uploaded was underneath the threshold of 3 that we set.

I’d be happy to provide admin access to the website for confirmation of settings. Your plugin is a critical component of our website, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Love all of the other features!
