# Photo Proof Plugin?

 * An organization I work for wants to hold a donation drive this coming Easter.
   Parents can bring their children to our charity for a free picture with the Easter
   bunny, provided they bring a donation item.
 * At the fundraiser, I would like for them to fill out a form with their name and
   address. They will be assigned a unique ID on their form, as well. Later, we 
   can upload their proofs onto the website, which they can access with their unique
   ID. There would also be the option to purchase additional copies of their photos
   in various sizes.
 * I do not want to create a public gallery of photos for people to search through.
   I would just like to create a landing page along the lines of, “Did you participate
   in our Easter Donation Drive? Enter your ID number here to view your photo proof
   and order prints.” Number entered, their photo viewed. Each person will only 
   have one photo.
 * Does this plugin exist? If not, where could I begin looking for custom development?
