photo gallery options – flikr, gallery, coppermine? or plugins?

I have Coppermine and Gallery as free installs if I want

My community site needs a simple way of showing photos of our activity on the site, with all authors+ able to add and manage photos.

there are plugins, there are the two programmes above, or there is flikr?

any simple criteria for how can make a decision?
