 * I exported and imported the form on another website, and it worked fine. Both
   websites have the same plugins and are up to date. I turned on debugging, but
   no errors showed up.
 * I also created a new form from the template, and the same issue happened.

 * Can you share the page URL where the form is located so we can check browser 
   console errors and see if there’s anything related to Forminator.
 * Also, even if both sites have the same plugins or even theme we recommend running
   a full plugin conflict just in case:
 * Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator one and check if the problem 
   is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having
   a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme
   like 2019, and see if it works.
 * **Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the
   staging site.**
