Phone Order Pro (Algol Plus Ltd)

Sometimes get shipping (USPS and UPS), sometimes get only USPS, sometimes get “no shipping available”. Sometimes can add parts, sometimes get “Oops nothing found” for parts I JUST had on an order.Sometimes then add something else (may show up) then add previous “not found” and it then shows up.
Biggest problem is when one employee is trying to use Phone Orders it absolutely locks up anyone else trying to do anything in Woocommerce until the first person gets out. Also having second (+) employee getting “Connection lost” until 1st is out of Woocommerce.
Yes, I have written to them and am waiting for response.
