    Is there a way to make or ask for a phone number for seller? A lot of shippers now ask that the phone number be included on label ‘just in case’ there are problems with delivery. Just got off the phone with PayPal and they informed me that even if phone number is entered (which is required) for credit / debit card, it isn’t given to the seller. If they use their PayPal account, from what I’ve seen in the information being sent to the seller, the phone number isn’t sent as well.

    Hi currently that option is not available.

    However check the following instructions . Towards the end you will see the following title How to Collect Special Instructions from the Customer.

    Ah, that may work however, has to be required. I just downloaded the PayPal plugin for Contact Form 7, make a simple 3 block form that all 3 are required (one of them being of course the phone number) but once submitted takes the buyer to same page as this plugin would do.

    Just wanted to say it is a awesome plugin! Just PayPal has issues in that they do not send seller the phone number of buyer. FedEx and the like, like to have phone numbers associated with the packages for ‘just in case’.
