Phone field not working

PS Moderator, I tried to perhaps remove the link as it’s a contact link, I tried within 60 min, but still don’t see edit link for those who post and want edit within 60 min

IN FORM TAB, I have:

<label> Your Name (required)
[text* your-name] </label>

<label> Your Email (required)
[email* your-email] </label>

<label> Your Telephone Number (required)
[text* your-telephone] </label>

<label> What type of session? Wedding? Engagement? (required)
[text your-subject] </label>

<label> Please describe your event here:
[textarea your-message] </label>

[submit “Send”]

And everything works there good, except phone, no phone number arrives in the email.

In the Mail Tab, I see To, From, Subject etc, but nothing about phone number, is this the problem? If so, what does one do? Add a new field there? Thanks (I don’t see way to add field in Mail Tab)

I have field for phone number (3rd field), but when I test it, the phone number does not appear on email received. Thanks.
