Phone # doesn’t change for english version of webpage

    Hello,

    I’m having trouble changing my telephone number in the Join.chat add in, since it works perfectly for the spanish version of the webpage (Default one), but when I go to the english version of the webpage, the add In still shows the last number we used to answer questions & help customers. I appreciate your help.

    Could you tell me what plugin are you using to manage languages?

    @davidlillo we are using Polylang as our plugin to manage languages.

    You need to “translate” your telephone number for secondary languages on Languages > Strings translations and filter “Join.chat” group to view their strings ready for translation.

    Also ensure that you don’t have any other phone number defined at page level that override global settings.
