Sorry for the inconvenience. The plugin is not working according to you. Regarding the ISD code of phone number. This feature is already working fine. I tested it on my end after reading your review.
I am sharing a screenshot of both messages with ISD and without ISD. Kindly check the plugin settings option. If you selected the Hide ISD feature from plugin settings then it will not display in the email box.

Regarding the validation, you can use the WP contact form 7 validation feature.

Hello, I have a same problem. In the visual, International Code is viewing on form. But in the mail not showing. There is no any checkbox about this situtation in settings.

OK I solved the problem. I had to use ‘[phonetext-102-country-code]’.

Thank you for using my plugin. I hope the new updated version is working fine for you. The new version has a hidden field for phone country extensions.
If the normal phone number field is not showing an extension. kindly use that field.
