    Love using tabby – weird thing happened since upgrading to WordPress 5.2 this week. Text from first tab gets put into an h2 heading tag at start of page above tabby section.

    Trouble shooting – did some basic things like removing text / sections, checked for missing closing tags etc but still there.

    No sign of problem when loaded Twenty Nineteen so heart sinks that it’s a conflict with a child theme of commercial template.

    Any suggestions?

    I have never seen this issue before. If it only occurs when the current theme is active there is likely to be a function in the theme causing this – perhaps your theme’s support team will know which function does this.

    Thanks @numeeja – the theme is a few year’s old now and I’m running a heavily modified child theme so my heart sinks thinking about all the possible factors…

    I had a quick try earlier to use css use a video to cover up as boot and braces temp solution. I might have another look at that.

    Love your plugin @numeeja

    For a quick ‘n’ dirty fix you should be able to hide that text until you find a permanent fix by adding the following CSS rule to your custom styles:

    #pageHead {
      display: none;
    }

    Thanks man! That will tide me over until I get sorted.
