This is the test I ran it through:
http://www.webpagetest.org
For romaconstructionltd.ca
well, you actually have this in your HTML:
<div class="fusion-bg-parallax" data-bg-align="left top" data-direction="up" data-mute="yes" data-opacity="100" data-velocity="-0.4" data-mobile-enabled="false" data-break-parents="0" data-bg-image="http://romaconstructionltd.ca/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/avada_collage_design1-compressor.jpg" data-bg-repeat="true"></div>
this is a lazy-loaded background image, autoptimize just happens to also aggregate the JS that tries to load those images. remove the background and all will be fine 🙂

Thank you so much for getting back to me! I didn’t realize I had a background image. I spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to get rid of it … My site is based on the Avada theme. I had to import demo content, and then when I got it looking the way I wanted it I deleted everything I didn’t need. I wonder if its somehow linked to a deleted file? I’m not sure, so I uninstalled and deleted revolution slider. I ran the test and it was still linked to autoptimize. So I uninstalled and deleted it too. Hoping to somehow break that tie? (sorry for the lack of technical terms, still learning) I just ran the test and it is still coming up
Loaded By: http://romaconstructionltd.ca/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js:4
I’m stuck.
Nah, still in your HTML;
<div class="post-content">
<div class="fusion-bg-parallax" data-bg-align="left top" data-direction="up" data-mute="yes" data-opacity="100" data-velocity="-0.4" data-mobile-enabled="false" data-break-parents="0" data-bg-image="http://romaconstructionltd.ca/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/avada_collage_design1-compressor.jpg" data-bg-repeat="true"></div>
It’s actually part of post-10709
(and not of your slider), which is the content of your homepage?
The fact that it was loaded by your autoptimized JS and now by jquery.js simple is because it’s a lazy-loaded image.

Oh. My. God…… Yes, I found it!!!!! And removed it and now its not coming up in my test and my site is loading a lot faster!!!! I’m going to re install autoptimize and my rev slider. Thank you so so much! This had nothing to do with the plugin, but you took the time to help me. I really really appreciate that, thank you!
glad you found it, let me know if you have any other problem with autoptimize.
free free (but not obliged) to leave a good review of autoptimize here 🙂

I just did 🙂 and re installed autoptimize. My desktop score is 90 which is awesome!!! but my mobile score still is at a 57. Does this plugin help prioritize visible content? Or would you like me to start a new thread and ask this question?
Does this plugin help prioritize visible content?
Well, it’s not always easy, but you could have a go at “inline & defer CSS” (see FAQ for more info)
Just wanted to give you an update, I had a suspicion that revolution slider was slowing down my site, I asked about it in another forum and was given this link to a comparison of sliders: http://blog.wp-rocket.me/fastest-wordpress-image-slider-plugin/ I took the advice and installed meta slider, kept the settings the same with autoptimize plus added: Also aggregate inline CSS in the HTML and my score on page speed for desktop is 97 and 60 for mobile. Those have been awesome scores, and even just loading it up is a lot faster when I launch. Really really happy, thanks for all your help! Just wanted to let you know 🙂
thumbs up fumbling 🙂
have a nice weekend!
