Peu de fonctions avec la version payante

    Ce plugin est visiblement très sympa mais il y a peu de fonctionnalités, pas de gestion par catégories de produits et rôles de comptes. De plus les phrases ne sont pas toutes traduites. Le service client répond au premier mail et ensuite personne. Je suis très déçu car les fonctionnalités décrites dans leur présentations ne sont pas toutes présentes et j’ai pourtant acheté la version payante. je suis très déçu

    Not sure about your comment.
    All the functions which we have claimed within the documentation of the plugin, are very much there and work precisely well.
    But, if you are looking for a specific feature, then that does count as a customisation and we do charge extra for such custom requests.
    And we did respond to your email, but we do not have a 24 x 7 support system here and before we could respond to your email, you had asked for a refund and which we processed already and left a message for you there on CodeCanyon instead of emailing the same to you.
    So there indeed was a response from us but on CodeCanyon which we request you to check. At the same time, you may check for the refund status and if it is not processed, you need to talk to CodeCanyon support.
    With that, we request you to change your feedback as what you are claiming is untrue. We have not taken your money indeed.
