 * I requested an older version be an option after an upgrade. They decided to trot
   me out as a ‘naysayer’ in their Changelog. It shows a lack of concern for their
   users.

 * quite the opposite, indeed. We wanted to show that we listen to our customers,
   and we valued your feedback. We introduced this option not because you were being
   a nuisance, but because you were so kind to bring this up. Sorry you took it 
   the wrong way. Also, you were the one who used the “naysayer” metaphor, we just
   echoed your words.
 * Anyway, if you feel like we don’t appreciate our users’ feedback, you are definitely
   entitled to your opinion, and you can decide to keep your rating as 1 star, even
   though you know better than us that we don’t deserve such a harsh treatment 🙂

 * Oh, and I would have expected that you stopped using Slimstat on your website,
   since you consider it such a poor product. Instead, I see that to this day you
   still (shamelessly) use it. Well, that in my book speaks to the quality of our
   product more than your own petty review. Thank you for being a loyal user anyway!
