Hi @murphkim – I’m not seeing any pets on shelter ID ON260 returned with the API, but I see you have 3 pets here: https://www.petfinder.com/search/pets-for-adoption/?shelter_id%5B0%5D=ON260&sort%5B0%5D=recently_added

If those are your pets and shelter: “Helping Paws Rescue” I think you need to enable Petfinder to share your pets list.

Petfinder keeps moving things around so I’m not sure where the setting is anymore. When you log into Petfinder, and look at the My Account drop down, do you see “Developer Settings”? You should if you are logged into the account you created the Petfinder API key on. In developer settings, do you see that the account status is Active, and any stats under Usage?

Hi @murphkim did you get it working? Your pets are displaying on my site now.

If they aren’t displaying for you, did you enter the API key and secret on the Petfinder Listing’s Plugin Settings page in the two “NEW!” fields: “NEW! Your Petfinder API Key v2.0” and “NEW! Your Petfinder API Secret v2.0”. The very first field is for the legacy v1.0 key and that was supposed to stop working last January.

I assume you set up a new API Key version 2.0 at this link? https://www.petfinder.com/developers/ — If your account was set up a couple years ago and this is a new error, you’ll need to switch to the API version 2.0 by getting a new key at that link, and entering the key and secret on the plugin’s Settings page.
