    Hi, sorry for my English, it’s not the best. I need help for the customer recovery link. I don’t want them to go to the cart, I want them to go back to the product but I can’t find the correct tag, I’ve tried:
    {{item_url}}, {{item.url}}, {{item.link}}, {{item_url}}, {{product.url}}, {{product_url}}, {{product.link}}, {{product_link}}, {{event_url}}, {{event.url}}, {{event_link}}, {{event_link}}

    None have worked for me, can someone help me?

    Hello @jportizm,

    Greetings of the day!

    Are you asking about the Recovery Link sent to the customer? The recovery link will only go the checkout page with the abandoned products added to it, which is the main functionality of the plugin

    We cannot direct the customer to the product page.

    Regarding the shortcode, here is the list of the available shortcodes that you can add to recovery email template:
