    Hi there,

    I tried to personalize the Emails with shortcodes such as [first_name]. In order to give the booker a better experience. However this code does not work. Do you even offer this option?

    Hello.
    In the Booking Calendar Free version (update 7.0), you need to open the Booking > Settings > Fields page, then click on “Edit” button near specific field.
    In the new page you will see “Name *” field. This shortcode you have to use in your email template at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
    Probably instead of [first_name] you have configured this shortcode as [name]

    In paid versions, you can easily see the names of form fields at the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Fields page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
