• So far we had a great time with this plugin. No complaints whatsoever. We installed it because it had a “personal wallet” option, but since June 13 they removed that option. We don’t want to use a third-party to handle our crypto, as it is now the case. So we had to find another plugin alternative (we found one which charges $60 for unlimited transactions in a year). I wish we didn’t have to find an alternative, and instead Triple A should have offered an option in which you pay a yearly fee… Hope you guys reconsider it, because you are indeed a good company with lots of potential and by doing this you are losing clients like us.

    Hi @moxi ,

We are glad to hear you enjoyed our plugin. However, as a licensed PSP, we are regulated and will have to start collecting KYC and perform AML checks on all transactions. Therefore, we have stopped offering this direct-to-wallet service and instead offered our crypto-fiat and crypto-crypto custodian services. Our move towards becoming a licensed PSP is also in our merchants’ interest as they want to ensure that the crypto they receive is of a credible source and not tainted. This protects our merchants from regulatory exposure, especially in these changing times. We appreciate your understanding. Have a great day!

    Regards
    TripleA Support Team
