    Hello!

    I am using WP’s delete personal data feature and a plugin to let customers delete their accounts.

    Even if both of the above tasks are carried out, the following page:

    WP Control Panel > WooCommerce > Customers

    ..displays a table with personal data of customers, of whom their personal data should have been deleted since their accounts are deleted their orders’ data is anonymized.

    Does WooCommerce has the feature to delete personal data from that specific table?

    Hello there,
    This is a known issue and it has been reported already here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-admin/issues/3810

    and here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/26054

    Please, follow the discussions there for further updates. I will mark this thread as Resolved for now as there is nothing more that we can do until those 2 issues are closed.

    Hi @nicolamustone,

    Since this issue is interfering with the privacy policy of eshops, could you possibly let know:

    1) Will the personal data from table WooCommerce > Customer get deleted when WP’s Delete Personal Data feature is carried out? This would be the optimum solution and not a manual deletion!!

    2) When do you believe this issue will be able to get resolved?

    I would think so, yes.

    2) When do you believe this issue will be able to get resolved?

    I am not sure about this.

    For both questions, I am not the best one to give you answers since the developers would know better. I recommend asking directly on the GitHub issue for more support.
