# Personal Access API

 * Hi,
   I got a personal access API key and it’s not working. Does it need to be 
   commercial? I have version 3.1. I don’t really understand the instructions: **
   Use the new format: ****keystring:secret**.I typed in keystring:(my secret code)
   and that didn’t work. I tried it without the word keystring: and that didn’t 
   work. Then I tried just the API key and that didn’t work. It is not pending.Any
   help would be appreciated.Thanks.

   It’s working now.
