# Persistent 'undefined' on file selection

 * Gravity Forms Advanced File Uploader (Version 1.34) is not accepting files. When
   attaching a file there is no progress bar. The line immediately says “undefined”
   after the file name.
 * The allowed file type field is blank to allow all file types. Adding jpg,jpeg,
   gif,png,pdf does not change form behavior.
 * Field is mandatory and thus the form cannot be submitted. Changing to non-mandatory
   allows the form to be submitted. However, any files uploaded do not successfully
   attach. Files do not appear in the WP media library.
 * The form also submits to a slack channel. Slack receives an empty file placeholder
   but no URL.
