Persistent non – acceptance of Password

    Stripped the site down – all clear including dBase.
    Manual upload of WP3.1.2
    Got to installing network – all seems go.
    Login: user name OK, password not accepted – PW input box clears.
    Tried clearing browser cache
    Tried clearing “Control Panel/internet Options/browsing History.”
    Tried “get new password”
    Bump – dunno – any suggestions?

    Changed the browser – IE8 – no problem.

    And I think of how much time I have wasted…
    Thanks to the “Installation” section – read the meaasage, fixed the problem. Hooray!
