I have a paid version for this plugin, but plugin’s website support page does not allow creation of ticket, forcing me to create this support request. It doesn’t seem to have such a page, actually.

Couple of weeks ago this plugin started notifying that I need to upgrade – I upgraded “successfuly”. The notice comes back the next day or so. The cycle repeats.

Have you any suggestion to fix this? Here are the details I see when I hit “View version 2.5.5 details.” in WP Admin.
**DETAILS** (probably the same as what I had seen in previous notices my version of WP is latest 4.9.5)

    Hi akyusa01,

I did allow me to create a ticket. It looks like you fixed your ticket creation page. Thanks. Ticket created.

    🙂
