# Permissons problem using Comment Sorter

 * Hello,
 * I installed the Comment Sorter plugin. When I click on Comment Sorter in Settings,
   I get “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”.
 * Can someone suggest why this is happening and how to resolve it?

 * I ran into the same issue… reading through the php… I found something interesting…
   The link of the Comment Sorter Page was different than what the plugin installed
   as in the Dashboard…
    Here is where it is looking (where I got the same permission
   error): [http://www.mysitehere.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=CommentSorter](http://www.mysitehere.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=CommentSorter)
 * The PHP showed the page name as “Comment Sorter” or in HTML it would read as 
   below:
    [http://carton.mysitehere.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=Comment%20Sorter](http://carton.mysitehere.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=Comment%20Sorter)
 * This opened up the Comment Sorter and allowed me to change my sorting options.
 * Hope this helps someone.
