 * Hello, it looks that popup editing is only accessible to Administrators.
 * I would like users with the role of Contributor to have access to the popup edit.
 * Can this be achieved?

   functions.php

 * Thanks for the reply but I don’t think that what I’m after. As I mentioned … 
   It looks like the plugin only allows users with admin role to view or edit a 
   popup. I need other user role to be able to edit the popup. Better yet only a
   specific user.

 * That’s exactly what I pasted above. With that code, editors will be able to edit
   popups

 * Thank you. I added the code to functions.php but Popups still does not show in
   the Dashboard menu.

   message.

 * Not sure what to say, try moving that function to the top of your functions.php
   to see if it makes any difference.
