    recently after replying to a ticket, you type in your reply hit reply and it takes you back to the list of tickets, and no update to the ticket is actually made. I tried 3 different accounts, created a fresh account as support agent and one as administrator, tested with the same result. Only one of my original Admin accounts on the site can actually reply to tickets at this time. There are no errors and it looks like it works when you reply but it just doesn’t go through. We do have a premium version I just haven’t been able to track down the user account that made the purchase yet to submit a ticket.
