Permissions: Limit user to one-time access to quiz?

    Is there a way to set permissions so that only a registered user can access the quiz, and they can access it only one time?

    Sort of like a ballot. They can only go through the process one time and make their answers, one time. If they log in and try to take the quiz again, they are blocked.
