 * I wanted to backup a site in order to upgrade to WordPress 3.5 so I installed
   BackupBuddy.
 * When I tried to access the Settings in the plugin I received the following error
   message;
 * Error creating anti directory browsing security files in director `C:\Inetpub\
   vhosts\tourandexplore.com\wpress/wp-content/uploads/pb_backupbuddy/`. Please 
   verify this directory’s permissions allow writing & reading. Errors: `Unable 
   to write index.php file. Unable to write index.htm file. Unable to write index.
   html file. Unable to write .htaccess file.
 * What does that meand please?
