 * hi all i’m running 2.7.1 and have had some problems come up. It was all working
   fine till i tried to install bbforum. I wanted the admin to be the keymaster 
   user. I added all the details but the insatllation failed. I then tried to login
   to the keymaster admin however it said taht i didn’t have correct permission.
   So I went into myphpadmin and deleted the key master user and created a new admin
   user. That has teh same username and passwprd. This seems to be working fine 
   howeevr i jsut noticed that when a new user joins up as a contributor they can
   post there blog without approval… I’m not 100% sure how this can be as i thought
   they needed approval – all i can think is that the key master is deleted and 
   it hasn’t defaulted to the admin for final approval… anybody got any ideas how
   i can set it so that contributor blogs must get approval from this new admin 
   account i have? … or am i best to delete this whole blog and start again?? i 
   am without a key master account which can’t be good… or does someone know how
   i can make the admin the keymaster??
