Permission problems after upgrade.

    After upgrading to 2.1 I am unable to create categories or users. I am logged in as admin and I get the message “You don’t have permission to do that” when trying to create new categories. I also tried creating a new administrator and deleting links, same message come up. I ran upgrade.php. Anyone have any ideas on what’s going on?
