Support » Plugin: Post Expirator » Permission / capability for the 'enable advert expiration'

  • Hi,

    love the plug-in… but i am struggling at the moment to enable the permissions.

    I have it installed on a multi-site

    On the root site against a Post the ‘enable advert expiration’ check box is active and works.
    On a sub (child) site, i log in as an Administrator and the check box i can check BUT i still can’t change the ‘expire’ details

    any ideas / pointers?

    much appreciated

    graham

  • Hi hi! I am a developer working with Graham. I took a screenshot of the JavaScript error that I found when you click the “enable” box as he described. Hopefully that will help get this question answered.

    Got it. Apparently our “Easy Blogging” plugin has an issue with the admin_head action event, and the quick fix was to add

    define(‘WDEB_CORE_ACTIONS_REDO_ADMIN_HEAD’, true);

    to our functions.php file.
