 * …I create a page and the page gives itself a permalink id of [http://www.euhcm.com/ru/разработка-плана-действий](http://www.euhcm.com/ru/разработка-плана-действий)
   but when you navigate to the page it displays a permanlink of [http://www.euhcm.com/ru/%d1%80%d0%b0%d0%b7%d1%80%d0%b0%d0%b1%d0%be%d1%82%d0%ba%d0%b0-%d0%bf%d0%bb%d0%b0%d0%bd%d0%b0-%d0%b4%d0%b5%d0%b9%d1%81%d1%82%d0%b2%d0%b8%d0%](http://www.euhcm.com/ru/%d1%80%d0%b0%d0%b7%d1%80%d0%b0%d0%b1%d0%be%d1%82%d0%ba%d0%b0-%d0%bf%d0%bb%d0%b0%d0%bd%d0%b0-%d0%b4%d0%b5%d0%b9%d1%81%d1%82%d0%b2%d0%b8%d0%).
 * I have created two (2) other language pages without any problem…this renaming
   by itself has just started for whatever reason.
