    Dear ProfileGrid Team,

    first lemme say i love ur Plugin. It has all the functions i need. Just one thing is happening. If the Profile-Page open the page always reboots. This only happens in connexion with the Illdy Theme of colorlib.
    As far as ive seen ur Team stays in contact with colorlib, so maybe u can reconstruct that situation, cos id like 2 use the illdy theme also.

    Hello @wpnewbie76,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    We analysed the issue reported by you with illdy theme, and found that the issue is creating due to theme preloader setting. please turn it off and then check. You may disable this from
    “Appearance >> Theme >> Customize >> Genral Options >> Preloader >> Enable the site preloader”, after disabling this option, clear the browser and site cache and then check.

    Let us know if you still face any issues.
