Permanently delete attachments

    Hello there,

    Is there a way to delete the attachments from the database and server but without deleting the ticket?

    I mean to do it from the administration without having to access via FTP and phpmyadmin.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to delete attachments from the plugin. You have to manually delete them from the server.
