Permanent redirect 301

    I’m transferring custom developed web site to WordPress. There’s around 3000 posts with quite good Google position. The customer would like to preserve that ‘juice’ but also to have friendly URL from now on (only a post name instead of site/news/id/cat). How to achieve that?
