How to get permanent down arrow on page?

    Hi all. I am currently building a website with Elegant Themes’ Divi, powered by WordPress. I would like to have a permanent down arrow that rests on the right-hand side of my page, so that it is clear to individuals that more content remains below. There are a lot of WordPress plugins that have scroll-to-top arrows (like the one here – http://wordpress.org/plugins/scroll-back-to-top/) but I have yet to find a plugin for a down arrow. I basically want something that looks like the scroll-to-top arrow, but is instead a down arrow. Any idea of where to look for this?
