Permalinks/Broken Links

Hello I have a problem/question about permalinks.

I’ve made some changes to the way my permalinks work on my blog but this has resulted in a few broken links and Google returning old urls in its searches:

Previously my permalink set up was:
http://www.invadingholland.com//%postname%

But now it is:
http://www.invadingholland.com/%category%/%postname%

Is there anything I can do to make it so the old set up also works as well as the new set up.

For example; so that people going to a…
http://www.invadingholland.com//%postname%

…get re-directed to…
http://www.invadingholland.com/%category%/%postname%

…instead of my 404 page.

As an example here is one of my posts with the old set up:
http://www.invadingholland.com/bicycle-kung-fu-fury

And the new:
http://www.invadingholland.com/cycling-in-holland/bicycle-kung-fu-fury
