• I have Debian etch server running Apache2, mysql5,
I also have configured 6 virtual hosts, 5 of them 6
    are running wordpress 2.v9.1

and of course i have problem with permalinks, but…
there is a catch, problem is only on one of the virtual hosts…
4 other ones are ok, only that one does not want to cooperate,
virtual host declarations are the same (except for the corresponding names) .htaccess files are exactly the same since for testing
purposes i`ve copy it from known working virtual host…
    and still no dice… 🙁

    what am i missing?
    please help.

    thank for all the replies…
but i’ve found the culprit of my problem,
though virtual host files and corresponding .htaccess file were
virtually the same (with path and names exception)
in my particular setup (Debian etch, Apache2,) file default in sites avaliable was responsible for the FIRST created virtual host (it does not sound right, but that what it was…)
changing from AllowOverride None to AllowOverride All in it did the trick.
