permalinks URL issue

So I used to have a page on my site with the URL domain.com/it-consultant/ and the blog used to be on the home page.

I have since swapped this round and this page is now the default home page instead of the blog.

Whenever I add any pages under this page now, it adds them with the url domain.com/it-consultant/pagename
whereas I just want it to be
domain.com/services/pagename or just domain/pagename

I cannot find any way to change this, the only part of the link I can change on the page is the pagename, I cannot seem to get rid of the “it-consultant” bit.

How can I change that
